How to make a disappearing pinwheel block
Learn how to make this block in less than 2 minutes.
Materials
- Two 9 3/8 inch squares in contrasting fabrics
Block size
The finished block is 10 1/4 inch square.
How to arrange the patches to make this block
Sew in rows and then the rows together.
Quilt design ideas
You can make a whole quilt with one single block.
I like the mixture of the 2 colour blocks together – what a difference that makes and the change around of the fabric parts 🙂

Thanks Marion it’s beautiful. I have a question please. Why 9 3/8th inches & not 10 inch block. 10 inch is much easier to measure. Thanks

You can make it 10” if you like too. If you make it a bit smaller you don’t have to trim as much.
